Dr. Brenna Sakatch grew up in Calgary where she completed both her undergraduate courses and veterinary training. In 2020, she graduated with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Calgary.
Brenna has a special interest in soft-tissue surgery, dentistry and small exotic mammals. Brenna has received additional surgical training at the ASPCA Spay/Neuter Alliance in North Carolina. She has used these skills not only in her work as a veterinarian, but also as a volunteer during spay/neuter trips in Mexico. Brenna previously worked in a rural mixed practice, providing care to small animals and the occasional equine patient.
Brenna lives in Olds with her husband. They enjoy their time outdoors with their two dogs, Dana and Buster, and their cat Coffea. When she is not spending time with animals you can find her painting them in pastels.
Brenna loves getting to know you and your pets – from their first vaccine appointment to helping them live their best golden years.
